SFDR classification

The Fund is classified as a financial product under Article 6 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The Fund does not have sustainable investment as its objective and does not promote environmental or social characteristics. The investments underlying this financial product do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities (EU Taxonomy Regulation).

The Manager does not explicitly take sustainability risks into account in its investment decisions. This follows from the Fund's strategy, which aims to profit from price inefficiencies around corporate events, mainly mergers and acquisitions. Investment decisions are based on the terms of the event, the probability of completion and its expected duration; sustainability risks therefore play no significant role.
