Returns are net of management fees, performance fees and all other costs. Since May 2017, performance has been calculated by Bolder Fund Services (Netherlands) B.V., the independent administrator. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Please refer to the fund documentation.
Quarterly net asset value
The Fund reports a quarterly NAV, calculated by Bolder Fund Services as independent administrator. The Fund aims for a high single-digit annual net return after fees. Since inception the Fund has reported a positive annual return in every year except 2020.
Track record
The team previously managed the strategy in a proprietary trading environment and in similar fund structures. TreeCap Arbitrage Fund-A launched in May 2017 and Fund-C in February 2020; both have since been merged. The independently calculated returns cover Fund-A (May 2017 – January 2020) and Fund-C (February 2020 – present).
