  1. 2016

    After more than a decade in a proprietary trading environment, Niels and Vincent founded TreeCap, based on the belief that sound operational principles lead to better execution of the investment strategy, for the benefit of investors.

  2. 2017

    Eduardo joined to set up and manage operations. Launch of the TreeCap Arbitrage Fund.

  3. 2024

    TreeCap applied for authorisation as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) under the AIFMD, supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
