Fund structure

The TreeCap Arbitrage Fund is an investment fund regulated under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). It is a contractual fund for joint account under Dutch law and is not a separate legal entity.

The Fund is managed by TreeCap B.V., a Dutch private limited company. Legal title to the Fund's assets is held by a Dutch foundation acting as custodian on behalf of the investors (the Participants). The Participants have no proprietary rights to the Fund's assets.
